Fabris/Carrissimo/Mazera Family Picnic
We had our annual picnic on Saturday and had a wonderful turn out. There were so many little kids this year that it was so much fun! We all got to meet Jessica (Justine's sister) and welcome her to the family.
No More Probie!!!
Joe passed his driving test today which means he's officially off probation. He got to drive the engine back to the station from the test all by himself too! Remember to wave if you see him driving!!!
The Nursery
Of course we went with the firefighter theme and I love it. My mom made the piece that's hanging above the dresser and it has 7 pockets to hold all kinds of stuff. The front has a dalmation, firetruck and hydrant appliqued (sp) to it. We're not quite done with the room, but I still think it's cute. When I'm having a bad day, I just go and sit in there and it cheers me up.
5 months! Time is flying and I'm really enjoying being pregnant. Joe is catching on to the enjoyment as well. Last night he read "Casey at the Bat," (thanks Heather) to our little guy so that he learns to reckognize his voice and baseball of course. It's the cutest thing in the world. Worrying aside, pregnancy is so fun. I love every movement he makes even in the middle of the night and especially the 5am hiccups. I'm so excited to meet him. Thank you all for all your thoughts and prayers.
