Our Easter Sunday was a busy day for us. After church we went to Joe's Uncle's house for a wonderful brunch and egg hunt, came home so Drew could get a quick nap before heading to my parents for dinner with my sister and her family. My sister ended up not coming because her stomach was bugging her and yesterday she went to the ER for the pain and they found a mass in her stomach that they removed today. They said it's benign but we're still waiting on what it was. The boys thoroughly enjoyed Easter this year and all the goodies that came with it. They both got their first rain boots and lots of dinosaur stuff from Nana & Papa. They also enjoyed hanging out with all their cousins, especially Giorgio the "tickle monster."

I got Aiden a Victory Drill Book back from my Kindergarden days and thought we would give it a shot since he knows the sounds of all the letters now. He did very well and is enjoying it. It's too bad Joe is so anti-home schooling. For a few minutes, it seemed like it would be fun.
