I had my high school alumni game this weekend and agreed to pitch a "few" innings which turned into 7. It was a lot of fun and at the bottom of 7, we were tied 3-3 and decided to call it a tie and go eat. After I got home I thought my hip really hurt from pitching because I occasionally hit myself. I lifted up my shirt and this is what I saw. I never bruise so I'm either not getting enough vitamins or just geting old.
